2. Information we collect
We collect the following to provide the service:
- Creators: name, email, username, password (hashed), profile and page settings, and tip history.
- Supporters: email address, optional name and message, payment status, and tip details.
- Stripe: identity verification and payout details required to verify and pay creators.
3. Payment information
Stripe processes all payment data. Fosteo does not receive or store full card numbers, CVCs, or creator bank account details. Stripe processes this data under its own privacy policy and service agreements.
4. How we use information
- Provide tipping, subscription, and payout services.
- Send receipts and support notifications.
- Show creator tip history and analytics.
- Prevent fraud, handle disputes and chargebacks, and enforce our terms.
- Provide customer support and improve the service.
5. Sharing
We share information with service providers, primarily Stripe, when necessary to provide payments, verification, subscriptions, fraud prevention, and payouts. We do not sell personal information.
6. Cookies and analytics
We may use essential cookies and Cloudflare Turnstile for security. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain account and payment history while needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may request account deletion or access to your data by contacting us.

9. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Fosteo is not intended for individuals under 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
